Al Malika watermelon variety was launched in the Syrian markets by Debbane and Co, to stand out with numerous characteristics that make it a challenging competitor in the Syrian markets. Al Malika watermelon is considered the best early variety in terms of price and distinctive characteristics, including its fruit shape, pleasant taste, sweetness, and ability to withstand long-distance transportation. On another note, it is important to acknowledge the hard work of the farmers and the technical team, as the harvest of the fruits began on May 25, 2023, and continues until the present time. As an initiative to maintain the excellence of both the farmers and the variety, the company distributed labels to be placed on the products before entering the market. This makes Debbane and Co pioneers in overseeing the products from seed to fruit until reaching the market.
